Enrollment Process

Choose the class(es) you wish to enroll in.
The enrollment process is the same whether you are a student (18+) purchasing a class for yourself, a parent/guardian purchasing a class for a minor, or if you wish to purchase a gift class for someone other than yourself.

All new students will need to fill out an application form for our records. Returning students do not need to fill out a new application.
Students (18+) should fill out the form with their information and answers.

Parents/Guardians of minors should fill out the top portion (contact information, emergency contacts). The Student Questionnaire portion should be filled out by the student though a parent or guardian can help where necessary.

Gift Purchases - Please let us know you are purchasing a class as a gift. During checkout, there will be an area to fill out the student's name so their spot will be held for the class. If the gift is a surprise, the Application Form can be turned in at a later date, but before the first day of class.

A list of available courses will appear. If your course is not on the first page, you can search for it by name or click through the subsequent pages. Please note that our Summer Art Camps and Summer Challenges have multiple different sessions, so be sure to choose the week that works best for you. They should be clearly labeled but contact us if you have any questions.

Add the classes to the shopping cart. You will be asked to fill out your contact information. Please give us the best phone number and email for the person making the purchase, and put the name of the student who will be taking the course(s) in the field that asks for it, whether it is you or somebody else, so we can match the paid enrollment to the Student Application.

The listed cost of the class is the full cost of the course. We do not pile on fees or extra charges like many other schools, and are not required to add sales tax. However, some purchase options, like PayPal's "Pay Later" service, may charge fees, as per their policies.

A receipt will be sent to the email provided at checkout, so please make sure you provide the email of the person making the purchase.

A supply list for the selected courses will be sent to the email provided prior to the start of the class.
